Diller Scofidio + Renfroan manufacture trees dance…for real

New York-based architecure and urban design firm Diller Scofidio + Renfroan made that contribution to the Liverpool Biennial Arts Festival: Arbores Laete (Joyful Trees) is a roadside park display that includes 17 trees. And, no, the three middle trees are NOT in need of Roger Cook’s remedy for straightening leaning trees. They’re planted in slowly rotating bases!
